The ATREX Rocket mission was one of the more annoying projects I shot. The mission was delayed time and time again, and I finally gave up and let my camera just shoot away all night. I woke up the next morning and checked the camera, and was pretty disappointed, until I got half way through the photos and realized I nailed it. I got the shots of the rockets releasing their white smoke, used to measure wind speed in the upper atmosphere. It was exciting to watch on my computer when I stitched them all together, but it would have been much more fun had I been able to see them personally. Maybe next time . . .
